1. Request, Not Booking

Submitting this form sends a service request to the provider. It is not a confirmed booking. The provider must accept before service is scheduled.

2. Provider Acceptance

The provider (Owner or CRM staff) will review and either accept or reject your request. You will be notified of their decision.

3. Payment After Acceptance

Payment is only required after your request is accepted. You will be redirected to pay via PayMongo (GCash, card, etc.) at that time.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your request before the provider accepts. Once accepted and paid, cancellation policies of the provider apply.

5. Accurate Information

You confirm all details provided (name, contact, address, preferred date/time) are accurate and complete.

6. Communication

The provider may contact you via phone or the Pestify messaging system to clarify details before accepting.
